Account Setup: Can be done directly from our website at www.dbcouriers.com or by phone. For online ordering and proof of delivery verification please call us directly for system set up.
Customized Invoices: Invoices are generated on a monthly basis. Your invoice can be customized to accommodate specific codes (job#, PO#, name etc.) for each delivery. The invoice can also be sorted by code with subtotals to simplify billing.
Insurance: Every parcel (one per delivery) is insured for $100. Additional insurance can be obtained when placing an order at an additional charge of .50 per $100 of coverage.
Meeting your needs: As a full service courier company Denver Boulder Couriers will perform your delivery in the most efficient manner possible. We offer a wide variety of service levels depending on size, timeline or cost. You can choose a standard level of service that best fits your needs. In addition to our point-to-point on-demand service, we also provide warehousing logistic services for local distribution. To avoid traffic and parking, our convenient locations offer you easy access depot pickup or dropoff for immediate distribution throughout center-city. Mail runs can be prescheduled and performed when needed. Mass distributions can be done on-demand or prescheduled, prior notice is always appreciated and a special rate may apply depending on size, vicinity and frequency.
Ordering: When calling, please identify yourself & company (account name). Specify pickup & destination by company as well as pertinent information: # of pieces, size, weight and deadline.
Payment: Payment is due upon receipt and can be made via direct deposit, check or credit card. A 1.5% late charge will be assessed on past due invoices. Please make checks payable to: Denver Boulder Couriers.
Parcel Security: There are a few steps that will help to insure the prompt and safe delivery of your important materials. Due to increased security we ask that all packages be properly labeled with recipient, address and phone number. Please have all materials ready for pickup when placing an order. To prevent potential damage, please make your parcel as small as possible, reinforced where needed and ready for adverse weather conditions. We are not responsible for damage to due to improper packaging.
Proof of Delivery: Via call back, or a copy can also be faxed at your request.
Reports: A daily, weekly or bi-monthly report of completed deliveries can be faxed at your request.

Our bicycle messengers are fast, friendly and fearless. Our bicycle service is often the best method to deliver packages within the downtown Denver, Boulder and Cherry Creek areas. Bicycle service options run from 15 minute to 3 hour service. Please call us for more information and availability.

Bus

A unique service option to Denver Boulder Couriers is our BUS service. Utilizing Metro Denver's Mass Transit system, we can courier packages between the Boulder area and the Denver area 4 times a day. For those jobs that are not under severe time constraints, this option is often a cost-effective way to get items between Denver and Boulder. Additional Fees


A delivery may consist of two pieces and weigh up to 50lbs.

[BX] Each additional piece/box will be $2.00.

[LBS] Each additional pound after 50 will be $.10.

[OS] Oversize: Charges will apply on deliveries that require a truck, van or special handing. Bike deliveries over: 10lbs, 2'x2' flat, 1' sq. or rolls over 40" will be charged an additional $4.00.

[AF; AS] Additional Floor/Signature: If two or more parcels are going to one business location, but to different floors, there is an additional charge of $2.00 per floor.

[WE] Weekend: Deliveries will incur a 100% surcharge at vehicle rate.

[WT] Waiting Time: Please have your parcel ready for departure when placing an order. Prior notice is always appreciated. There is a 5-minute grace period but if a parcel is not ready upon arrival, the courier can only wait if other deliveries are not put in jeopardy. If waiting exceeds 5 minutes it will be charged from the time the courier arrived until ready @$20.00 per hour.

[NPU] No Pickup: If a delivery is canceled or not ready upon arrival and the courier is unable to wait due to time constraints there will be a minimum charge of $4.50.

[WA] Wrong Address: If a parcel is improperly addressed there is an additional charge based on the distance to the correct location. If the parcel is undeliverable (UD) and needs to be returned (RT) it will be charged as an additional delivery. Round trip deliveries of $20.00 or more will receive a 50% discount on the return.

[LT] Legal Time: Docket research and copy work will be performed at a rate of $20 per hour.

Denver Boulder Couriers is now able to provide a variety of services in addition to our point-to-point deliveries. Our dispatch center is able to provide warehousing storage for distribution. Our location provide seasy-access pickup and drop-off for instant distribution throughout center-city, thus saving you time and money. Prescheduled daily mail runs can be scheduled to occur whenever needed. Group mailing can be performed on demand, however prior notice is always appreciated. Special rates can apply depending on size, vicinity and frequency. Nationwide service (next available flight) is also available.
